- Regulations
These regulations have been proposed in order to bring the Board into compliance with Senate Bill 348.
Some of the proposals are also meant to coordinate with the SHELRB regulations. Since both Boards are run from the same staff and offices, it is hoped that corresponding filing deadlines and such,
might create less confusion.

Regular text is current material which would remain in the Board's regulations.
